Bermuda National Athletics Association President Donna Raynor announced that Bermuda has bid for the 2020 Carifta Games.
Bermuda’s bid is up against the current host Curacao who have also bid, Bermuda and Curacao will find out later this year who will win the bid.
The 2018 edition of the Carifta Games will see the Age Groups revert back to the Under 17 and Under 20 Age Groups, this decision has been made for various reasons but the most important the numbers with the current system in the Under 20 Age Group were beginning to dwindle especially the females.
