The Bermuda Olympic Association (BOA), through its Gender, Diversity and Inclusion Committee, is proud to announce the upcoming Equity in Motion events – an inspiring weekend designed to celebrate, empower, and connect Bermuda’s athletes, coaches, officials and leaders regardless of gender identity or expression, can realize their highest potential both on and off the field.
Taking place Saturday, November 15, 2025, this highly anticipated event will take place at the Grotto Bay Hotel, bringing together athletes, coaches, mentors, and community leaders not only from Bermuda but the Caribbean and USA for an engaging mix of interactive workshops, storytelling, and sport-inspired activities. The event banquet will feature guest speaker, legendary Jamaican sprinter Asafa Powell.
“This event is about more than sport — it’s about showing our girls that they belong in every arena, on and off the field,” said Donna Raynor, Chair of the Gender Diversity and Inclusion Committee. “We want them to see possibility, confidence, and community reflected in every story they hear that day.”
